Logistic Senior Executive

工作职责：

• 负责物流操作的全面管理，确保货物的及时进出、运输安排和仓储管理的高效运作。
• 处理与海关相关的事务，包括报关文件的准备和提交，确保进出口流程的合规性和顺利进行。
• 负责清关税费的处理，确保货物清关过程中与税务部门的对接顺畅，按照相关法律法规处理税务事宜。
• 监督和协调第三方物流服务供应商，确保运输和仓储服务的质量符合公司标准，解决运输过程中的问题。
• 跟进国际货运流程，处理涉及的国际贸易合规要求，确保所有进出口活动符合国家和地区的法律法规。
• 负责物流相关文件的管理和存档，包括发票、提单、装箱单等，确保文件的准确性和完整性。
• 监控物流成本并进行分析，以提高物流运营的成本效益。
• 与内部采购、销售、仓储等部门密切合作，确保供应链的流畅运行。
• 处理与货运保险相关的事务，确保货物在运输中的安全和风险控制。

职位要求：

• 至少5年物流或供应链管理经验，具备处理海关和清关税务的相关经验。
• 熟悉国际贸易和物流行业的操作流程，了解海关法规和清关流程。
• 能够处理复杂的进出口文件和物流文件。
• 具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力，能够在压力下完成工作。
• 具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与海关、物流供应商和内部团队有效沟通。
• 英语流利，具备多语言能力者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the comprehensive management of logistics operations, ensuring the timely movement of goods, transportation arrangements, and efficient warehouse management.
• Handle customs-related matters, including the preparation and submission of customs clearance documents, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of import and export processes.
• Manage customs duties and taxes, ensuring smooth coordination with tax authorities during the customs clearance process, and handling tax matters in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate third-party logistics service providers, ensuring that transportation and warehousing services meet company standards and resolving any issues during the transportation process.
• Follow up on international freight procedures and handle international trade compliance requirements, ensuring that all import and export activities comply with national and regional laws and regulations.
• Manage and archive logistics-related documents, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc., ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the documents.
• Monitor and analyze logistics costs to improve the cost-effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Work closely with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and warehousing to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.
• Handle matters related to freight insurance, ensuring the safety and risk control of goods during transportation.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with relevant experience in handling customs and customs duties.
• Familiarity with the operational processes of international trade and the logistics industry, understanding customs regulations and clearance procedures.
• Ability to handle complex import/export and logistics documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with customs, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
