Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Graphic/ Multimedia Design, Art or equivalent.
At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, within similar capacity is required for this position.
Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
Advanced proficiency of graphic designing programs including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro and InDesign.
The seniority of the role requires individuals with at least 3 years of experience managing junior team members, stakeholders and vendors.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

Job Descriptions:

To lead and manage the Graphic Design division, providing senior expertise and improve team morale.
Create, define and communicate overall creative visions to the team members, ensuring directions aligned with management expectations.
Provide value added input or ideas when working on proposals, campaigns with the marketing team. Actively participate in presentations; both in discovery meetings, as well as the presentation of finished creative strategies and executions.
Lead projects, critique work and approve final design executions.
Be accountable for the overall concept, design and copy quality of all projects.
Conceptualize as well as execute creative materials when needed.
Manage, mentor and inspire creative and production team to strive for excellence in the work they produce.
Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
To initiate and lead related creative design projects for the brand including graphic designing, outlet POS materials, advertisements, below-the-line materials, packaging design, corporate communications and website.
Provide support to the advertising and promotions department, and graphic design production for oversea when necessary.
Lead a diverse scope of projects autonomously on cross channel platform knowledge, including but not limited to: social media, presentation deck, digital design, video production, packaging and print.
