Job Requirements :

  • Possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate, Diploma in Culinary, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in culinary cooking background, preferably handling Fusion, Western, Asian cooking, research & development, creating recipe, central kitchen, Halal and food safety expertise.
  • Independent and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • 6 working days.
  • Must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide innovative, creative and unique recipes to launch in the market
  • Establish costing information for new and revised formulation.
  • Develop standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current products.
  • Monitor quality and sensory evaluation and feedback to management on the results.
  • Prepare, evaluate and record all new products, improvements or cost savings activities reports.
  • Present and explain the R&D activities progress to management.
  • Provide technical solution and troubleshooting during R&D production process.
  • Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.
  • Monitor, evaluate and ensure quality of new and current samples and ingredients used according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), food safety standards and halal standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
