Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising, Media or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in related capacity or field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

Job Descriptions:

Assist the team to build the Branding of the Company.
Work closely with the team on the design, development, conceptualizing and printing of all A&P materials.
Liaise closely with the operational team to ensure full compliance of the relevant promotional materials for promotional events are in place within the defined timelines
Generate new and novel ideas of presenting A&P materials for the Company  Outsource for specific materials on the set up of promotional and decorative materials
Adhere to the KPI and achieve cost effectiveness in managing the various promotional program materials
Follow up on the promotional initiatives, tracking the results, giving analytical feedback and improvements to be made on the communications material used
Conduct a post-event analysis after each promotional event with a summary report. This refers to monthly activities and followed up with a summary on a Quarterly basis to ensure such materials are supporting the activities and are achieving the Company’s objectives.
To ensure all the relevant repots and assignments are completed and submitted within the stipulated deadlines
Ensure the A&P materials are well represented in all the business units
Working with the team on the Calendar of Events for the fiscal year, plan out the visuals and material support to ensure the events achieves visual success.
To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
