RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources
- To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company policies and directives.
- Assist to handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, Fomema, etc.
- Liaising with Immigration department, JTK and other authorities whenever necessary.
- Conduct periodic check on the employee's accommodation and transportation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Administration
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Assist in special events, such as fundraising activities, company activities etc.
- Responsible for company vehicle management including road tax renewal, insurance renewal, maintenance, Puspakom inspection, etc.
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
