3D Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering, with the ability to bring concepts to life in a visually compelling way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Responsible for conceptualizing including material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering flythrough video, etc.
• Time Management: Complete drawings according to project schedules and due dates.
• Coordination: Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.
• Organizational Skill: Suggest improvements based on project requirements. Analyse and evaluate creative concepts and handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of working experience in 3D Visualizer or a related field.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficient in modelling and rendering software programs such as 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCaD, Photoshop and Lumion or other related software.
• Knowledge: Prosses strong knowledge of 3Ds Max/SketchUp is MUST or other related software. Proficient in Lumion software is advantage.
• Productivity: Ability to work independently and collaborating as a part of a team to achieve projects goals. Willing to learn, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
