Job Overview:
As a Business Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity across departments. Your role involves streamlining processes, managing resources, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with different teams to achieve organizational goals. You will help drive the execution of business strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
- Develop, implement, and improve business processes to increase efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Do daily sales extraction for marketplace
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards for business insights especially marketplace performance.
Project Management:
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives to achieve operational goals.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Resource Management:
- Optimize the use of company resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and procurement teams to manage resource allocation.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process automation and optimization.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency across business units i.e operations mainly in sorting & packing team.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Support the executive team with strategic planning and operational insights.
Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving internal and external business operations issues.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and improving operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e Words, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of business processes and resource management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
