Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Halal Officer to support the CBTL Halal Assurance System and assist with halal certification for Production and cafés.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in organizing Halal Assurance System documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining the halal ingredients master list, ensuring proper documentation is available and up to date by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support halal applications for Production and cafés include preparing hard copy supporting documents for submission to the halal authority.
  • Assist during audits by the halal authority and support internal halal audits in Production.
  • Track the completion rate of halal awareness training to ensure all staff are properly trained.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Your Ingredients

  • Possess at least a Diploma in related fields (e.g., Halal Management/Food Science/Food Technology).
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of GMP and halal requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Having a Professional Halal Executive certificate is an added advantage.
