Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, curious, and passionate Senior Executive, Facilities to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Repair & Service – Operation & Vendor

  • Assign outsourced contractor for ad-hoc and emergency repair & service at stores, which is not manageable by In-house Maintenance Team.
  • Oversee Standalone PO for urgent or emergency tasks, ensuring each case is closed on time.
  • Ensuring all documents are complete (PR, PO and quotation)
  • Establish weekly report to provide timely status update, on store touch up and maintenance ticket.

2. Preventive Maintenance - Outsources Team Management

  • Roll out Preventive Maintenance to reduce machine breakdown maintenance cost.
  • Review and schedule preventive maintenance schedule (3 months rolling calendar)
  • Maintain and tracking of outlet service status, ensuring the contract and agreement are accurate and up to date.

3. Asset Management – in accordance with Global Guidelines

  • Tracking of the equipment or machines repair service and movement and keeping stores up to date on maintenance status.
  • Ensure timely job completion for repair units.
  • Periodic audit on stores equipment & furniture.
  • Ensure periodic maintenance vehicle (van) maintenance for staff travelling safety.
  • To arrange for Services / Repair / Inspection / Road tax renewal for Operations vehicles.

4. Vendor Management, System & Process

  • Establish a Database of vendors for repairs and services. This includes ensuring the contract and agreement are accurate, monitored and renewed timely.
  • Streamlining Vendor for Maintenance, Pest Control and Landscape – selecting the best service provider as key vendor while keeping alternative service providers as alternative or back up vendor (s).
  • Establish the right process and or, update from time-to-time on processes or SOPs for asset management and maintenance related tasks.
  • Timely upkeep of vendor list in the system (only maintain vendor who is active in the past 18 months).
  • Conduct a periodic vendor performance review.

Your Ingredients

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years project management, materials management experience with at least 3 years leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Creative Thinking
  • Able to manage a fast-paced work environment
