Job Descriptions:
1. Accurately preparing consignment notes and delivery orders.
2. Tracking shipment orders for timely deliveries.
3. Updating delivery statuses daily for effective client communication.
4. Performing data entry and maintaining stock movement records.
5. Managing incoming and outgoing premiums at the warehouse.
6. Handling various warehouse activities, including inventory management and material handling.
7. Attending to delivery enquiries by customers and handle it with our courier / logistics partner.
8. Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in logistics administration preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
7. Work from Monday to Saturday
8. OT & Incentives would be given when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
