As a Governance Strategy Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform adheres to regulatory requirements while driving strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify the root cause of issues, consolidate findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for products, content, sellers, and creators. Drive continuous improvement in platform product compliance.
- Implement policies to mitigate platform risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy enforcement.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps and areas for improvement in policy execution. Propose actionable solutions to address identified problems.
- Supporting the MY and SG GNE team operations in policies/strategies execution.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- With 3 years or more working experience in E-Commerce Governance & operations.
- Proficiency with implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to monitor and measure results with analytical thinking and program management mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with MY & SG E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
