  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product pricing, repricing and sensitivity tests to ensure viability / feasibility of the product in line with actuarial best practices.
  • Prepare necessary documents for submission to regulator(s) in accordance to regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Regular monitoring / analysis on portfolio and the impact of pricing changes on profitability.
  • Ensure timely submission, quality of work and compliance.
  • Provide analytical support to various stakeholders within the organization & regulators.
  • Other ad-hoc support as required.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing and good exam progress under CAS/ IFoA/IOAA/SOA or equivalent actuarial professional bodies recognised by BNM.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of actuarial working experience in a pricing role in General Insurance industry.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding on actuarial principles.
  • Technical experience in pricing (such as GLM) and portfolio monitoring.
  • Strong technical skills in SAS, Radar Base, Emblem, rule engine or other computer programming e.g. SQL, VBA is an added advantage.
