What will be your job responsibilities?
OVERVIEW:
Support and manage buyer/seller enquiries and escalations in a proper manner. We need an individual who is strong in decision making and has soft skills and competencies to manage our customers.
JOB SCOPE:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via live chat, and call inquiries
Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to related to home appliances and mobile devices.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals.
Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
