Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Overall National Service Marketing Planning and Execution; Improve Service Reputation Through Various Channels by Investing in Service Content, Products, and Activities.
- Oversee Service Product Development and Sales Operations to Enhance Service Product Sales Conversion Rate.
- Plan and Implement Differentiated Service Activities and Holiday Promotions Both Online and Offline.
- Maintain and Update Service Official Website and APP Pages and Content to Improve Service Penetration.
- Carry Out External Beta Projects of Product Software System.
- Produce and Release Terms & Conditions Documents for Various Services.
Job Requirements
- Degree: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing or marketing material design.
- Strong customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin communication skills is preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
