Salary : RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month
Location: Suite 1.03 1st Floor Menara JKG 282 Jalan Raja Laut 50350 Kuala Lumpur
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day servicing of clients’ portfolio in respect of renewal, retention & development of business, including supporting company/client events.
- Able to understand and explain insurance policy terms, conditions and coverage.
- Efficient & timely management of all new and renewal business by due date.
- Secure competitive terms/quotes for new & renewal business and ensure that the placement of (re)insurance is in accordance with Lockton strategy.
- Maintenance of accurate records, especially policy documentation, in accordance with Lockton process, i.e. electronic filing and where necessary hardcopies.
- Preparation of all market and client documentation including RI documentation in accordance with Labuan regulation & Lockton standards.
- Process invoice/billing entries in accordance with Lockton standards.
- To embrace the spirit of teamwork & support team members.
- Manage and resolve all queries in a prompt, accurate & effective manner ensuring guidance is sought where necessary.
- Ensure accuracy in all documentation prior to issuance.
- Able to maintain high degree of confidentiality.

- Assist the team and Manager with the development and implementation of internal process & procedures.
- Train and/or assist with training of team members.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum degree holder, in Law, Finance, Insurance or any related discipline.
- Experience in risk management, broking, insurance and insurance claims.
- Able to build and maintain good business relationships with clients & insurance market.
- Has a good understanding of legal & general principles of insurance.
- Able to identify developmental needs for Associates and provide suggestions to management.
- Possesses proper computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- To know when to involve seniors.
