Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Formulation and Operation of Standardized Services in the Service Center.
  • Supervise and Train Staff in the Service Center.
  • Design and Optimize the Service Experience of the Service Center.
  • Plan and Execute Service Activities in the Service Center.
  • Manage Qualification Certification for Various Positions in the Service Center.
  • Establish Work Order Recording Standards for the Service Center.
  • Willingness to Travel to National Service Centers for Inspections, Rectifications, and Other Tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Degree: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in after-sales service operations or service center construction within the mobile phone industry.
  • Experience in 2C (Direct-to-Consumer) customer service.
  • Prefer proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
