Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Objectives:
Provide automated equipment mechanical design from concept to manufacturing.
Provide technical guidance on the precision parts, motions, structure and thermal management.
Provide technical guidance on the material selection.
Responsibilities:
Interact with Marketing to develop specifications for new product development.
Design and fabricate prototypes i.e. mechanical enclosure and evaluate the performance of the prototype.
Interact with customers in new product trials.
Proactive in identifying design and technical challenges in early design stage.
Create new, innovative and creative idea to solve technical challenges in Analog design
Requirements:
Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in automated equipment design environment.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
Preferably applicant specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Skill Required:
Experience in Inventor 3D CAD tool, precision tolerance, motor, cylinder an actuator selection.
Hands-on experience in assembly, problem analysis and solving.
Working knowledge in electronics industry.
