Job Scope
This role involves promoting and selling laboratory services to potential customers. At Pentas Flora Laboratory, we not only conduct testing on our own products but also offer these services to external clients.
Job Description
- To manage business development activities and sales target.
- To establish close relationship with lab services customers and expand new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the lab chemist to ensure that testing is conducted in accordance with both standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy to grow the laboratory services market share.
- Prepare, submit and follow-up on quotations and tenders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales plan.
- Enhance and build productive long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Maintain activity and interaction with customers.
- Work through customer issues, investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Must be self-motivated to find customers and establish the close relationships.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
- Must have own transportation.
- Candidates with experience in laboratory and testing environments are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
