Working Arrangement : Monday - Friday; Occasionally on Weekends

Job Scope: To supports the merchant onboarding processes and general administrative functions of a wide variety of academic or administrative.

1. Contacting Merchants by phone or email to answer queries.

2. Onboarding new Merchants/Dealers & Services Providers.

3. Identifying products to revise the rate and to offer.

4. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin or related field.

· At least have 1 to 3 years working experience in IT or fintech or corporate or sales industry.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

· Self-motivated and customer oriented.

· Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
