Job Responsibilities
- Business partnering with business leads to drive talent acquisition-related activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation of job offers, and onboarding.
- Support the organization's growth by aligning/reviewing the individual development plan/ succession planning/short-term/long-term business growth plan.
- Collaborate with business leads to prepare/review the training needs analysis and complete the execution of training workshop-related activities.
- Keep abreast of best practices- Talent Acquisition & Learning Development.
- Driving HR process improvement related digitalization project/ employee engagement/branding activities.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition/HR generalist.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office
- Proactively demonstrate drive to lead
- Good communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and analytical skills to tackle various issues and problems.
- Strong team player, mature and agile in behavior/mindset, and can work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
