To manage & strengthen overall internal process mechanism, system (enquiry receiving till outgoing) and ordering process (from order receiving till delivery) by working on S.I.P.O.C. system.
To plan, organize, lead and execute Sales and warehouse teams functional practice to achieve company goals and objectives.
Review and update methods, systems, procedures and resources to achieve optimal operating efficiency, productivity and consistent product quality.
Manage and responsible for weekly operation report and ensure timely submission.
Manage and responsible for all logistics related activities including managing the forwarders, import and export shipment, custom clearance, tax exemption, GST/SST matters, handling, storage and local transportation.
Work together with Sales, warehouse and purchasing to ensure the PSI in balance to achieve optimum performance of the PSI.
Manage and responsible for daily operations including all aspects of sourcing, purchase and logistics related matters.
Stock cycle and warehousing management
Effective vertical and horizontal communication role in the company from the top management and other departments to the subordinates and vice versa.
To involve and manage digital marketing platform PSI performance (O2O digital e-shop), overview and manage sales performance & annual growth performance.
To establish conducive working environment with strong 6 S & PAP (product no defect, accept no defect & passing no defect), ensuring product quality comply to guidelines, standard rules and regulation
