You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance our product portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer needs, allowing us to stay ahead in the fast-paced retail environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch products.

• Manage relationships with brands, suppliers and partners to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management within the retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management software.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
