1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Provide accurate information about services offered by Prisma Laboratory (M) Sdn Bhd to clients.
3. Generate and manage customer quotations based on testing requirements.
4. Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately after verifying all details, and provide order status updates. The order processing involves the following steps:
o Acknowledge Purchase Order
o Prepare Sales Order
o Prepare Work Order
o Request Invoice
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments, including Sales, Invoicing, and Operations, to ensure seamless workflow and alignment across the Lab and EHS divisions.
6. Create and maintain job/sample tracking, ensuring results and reports are delivered on time.
7. Maintain accurate sub-contractor records (e.g., Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Profit Margins).
8. Coordinate and manage the full tender submission process, including gathering required documentation, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
9. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible solutions.
10. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department or Management.
11. Ensure that all customer and vendor-related documentation is accurately created, maintained, and stored.
12. Update the weekly report to the Team Leader.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
