Scope of Responsibilities:
- To support the department in effectively carrying out the core functions of Integrity & Governance and fostering a corporate culture of integrity, ensuring all staff uphold values of transparency and good governance throughout the organization.
- To assist in managing and coordinating administrative functions related to the corporate integrity system of the company.
- To always fulfil ethical and other professional standards.
- To be committed to cultivating an environment of integrity that encourages reporting violations of laws, policies, and standards to the HOD of IGD.
- Committed to embodying the highest institutional values, including integrity, commitment to operational excellence, transparency, responsibility, and accountability in all daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Governance and Integrity
- To assist the department in reviewing the policies and best business practices related to corporate integrity system requirements.
- To assist the department to implement and collaborate with other agencies or stakeholders on various integrity programme.
- To assist the department in the implementation of CIP initiatives required under CISM.
- To assist the department in attending to the ABMS ISO 37001:2016 audit for the whole PROLINTAS Group of Companies.
- To assist the department in providing training programs in relation to all integrity and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
- To review the PROLINTAS Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE), Integrity Policies and Procedures (CISM), Supplier Code of Conduct (S-COC), PROLINTAS Organisational Anti-Corruption Strategy (OACIS).
- To collaborate with the Internal Audit Department and Risk and Compliance Department on joint venture initiatives.
- To assess all anti-bribery and internal control systems and report on their effectiveness in providing reasonable assurance of compliance with laws, particularly those mandated by local authorities such as the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
- To always comply with all PROLINTAS’S management systems and legal requirements pertaining to QMS ISO 9001 and ABMS ISO 37001 and other requirements when needed.
2. Other Responsibilities
- To assist HOD in preparing monthly reports and quarterly reports for Board Audit Committee and Management.
- To assist in organising any activities conducted by the Integrity Department and Company.
- To comply with all Company's Management Systems and legal requirements.
- To ensure that a high level of confidentiality is appropriately handled when involving staff or third party concerned.
- To support other departments that relate with Integrity Department if necessary (Industrial Relations/ Legal/ Risk Management/ Compliance/ Contract/ Internal Audit).
- Undertake other duties as directed by Superior or Head of Department (HOD).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
