  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tribe is Hiring a PR & Communications Manager

Tribe is seeking a dynamic PR & Communications Manager to join our Group Marketing Department.

This newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping and amplifying Tribe’s presence in the media in key regions, including Singapore, APAC, and beyond. As a PR & Communications manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and team members to develop strategic PR initiatives that strengthen Tribe’s brand and align with our business goals.

This role offers the unique opportunity to craft impactful stories across different businesses of Tribe. If you're passionate about driving emerging technologies adoption and making positive impacts among the tech talents & startup communities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Tribe’s PR strategy, ensuring we meet business goals while maximizing brand visibility among our key stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement and manage public relations programs to proactively generate positive media coverage in Tribe’s targeted markets.
  • Liaise with journalists, media representatives, PR agencies and facilitate media queries to ensure messages are delivered accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with Tribe’s senior leadership, preparing them for press engagements and thought leadership content on social media platforms
  • Plan and coordinate all public relations activities incl. press releases, press conferences, speaking opportunities, event sponsorships, new product or business launches
  • Develop and own Tribe’s crisis management plan, becoming the go-to expert for handling sensitive situations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the PR industry, with a blend of agency and in-house expertise.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to craft compelling PR releases and present effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven experience managing media & journalists to achieve results.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders to align PR efforts with long-term goals.
  • Experience in tech or startup environments is a plus.
