Job Responsibilities:-

Supporting to improve Product and Technical Competency

  • Plan & organize sales and after sales training programme to Distributors to equip necessary product knowledge & information prior to product launch with effective training methodology via a learning management system.
  • Plan & execute an after sales training programme to Distributors to equip necessary technical & diagnostic knowledge & information after product launch with effective training methodology and trainer / technician competency assessment via learning management system.
  • Plan & execute workshop tools and equipment compliance audit (including availability & competency) at export market Distributors and Dealership.
  • Compile & analyse technical market concerns & training assessment results from Distributors, monitor & highlight abnormalities and ensure timely report submissions with full accuracy

Supporting to resolution of vehicle Technical concerns

  • Facilitate & coordinate technical market concerns at Distributor for timely feedback and resolution.
  • Advise, monitor and ensure diagnostic tools, special tools, necessary workshop equipment, online workshop manual, Service Technical Bulletin, Technical Information and Technical Newsletter is available at export market Distributors / Dealerships to carry out quality and timely repairs.
  • Support all projects pertaining to product quality matters / technical for export market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any relevant courses.
  • Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years in any field
  • Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in relevant field
  • Preferably with experience related to Technical diagnosis
  • Added advantage with training experience.
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam
