Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at UBASE Asia in Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and issues
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Requirement

  • Ability to work in Shah Alam
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to details
  • Highly organized, self motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Open for Malaysian-Muslim
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
