Position Overview

As a Human Resource Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR team by assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing onboarding materials and assisting with orientation sessions.

• Help maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.

• Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related documents.

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews, training, and policy development.

• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Help address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • The internship is ideally suited for students in their final semester.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with HR systems or the desire to learn HR management tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Require language(s): English and Mandarin.
