The Product Executive is responsible for assisting in the development, management, and improvement of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution to bring products from concept to market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Development: Assist in the product development lifecycle, from concept creation to product launch, ensuring products align with customer needs and market demand.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with category managers and other stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Customer Feedback: Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Data Analysis: Monitor product performance using key metrics, and assist in adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including feature specifications, new PNs creation, and product roadmaps.
• Product Launch Support: Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and competitor info and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
