Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SI Program Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Charging/Billing Systems (CBS) projects for our clients in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of CRM and CBS systems, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM and CBS projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to define project scope and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in CRM and CBS technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance client offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in program or project management, focusing on CRM and CBS implementations in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of CRM and CBS functionalities, architectures, and integration challenges.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
