  • Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brands portfolio.
  • Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Research into industry trends & public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brands identities.
  • Keep abreast with consumer’s behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy.
  • Contribute to product innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth.
  • Identify market opportunities for new brands and categories.
  • Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.
  • Liaise with principal, prepare monthly report and forecast as necessary.
  • Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns.
  • Provide monthly marketing reports/analysis to the Management.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Food Science or related fields.
  • As least 8 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry.
  • Travelling is required (for both local and overseas).
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage executed projects.
  • Creative to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
  • Dynamic team player with initiatives, matured, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
