- -Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brands portfolio. -Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met. -Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. -Research into industry trends & public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brands identities. -Keep abreast with consumer’s behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy. -Contribute to product innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth. -Identify market opportunities for new brands and categories. -Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively. -Liaise with principal, prepare monthly report and forecast as necessary. -Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns. -Provide monthly marketing reports/analysis to the Management. -Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
