Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of forecast, supply, inventory in-transit, on-hand inventory, sales history, and open orders to ensure complete order fulfilments.
- Prepare loss tree analysis for all unfulfilled orders.
- Monitor days-on-hand inventory against target and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting slow and non-moving stocks to the Business to generate appropriate actions.
- Stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL and identifying improvement opportunities.
- This role function as pivotal communication point for Supply and Fulfilment constraints between Sales and WGO Team.
- Key interface between numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results.
- Controlling the departmental operations budget and monitoring expenses.
- Continuous cost saving initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
- Should possess good analytical skills, should be Self-starter in data management.
- Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Project management skills
- Should be a good team player
