- Draft, review, and manage contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents to minimize risk.
- Support corporate compliance by ensuring adherence to industry regulations, data protection laws, and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on topics related to finance, tax, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison between legal counsel and other departments, ensuring effective communication and compliance.
