Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our Core Banking team, specializing in the Bankwide CIF (BWC) system. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of banking applications using the Silverlake platform, focusing on enhancing customer file management and deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications on the Silverlake platform, specifically for the BWC customer file system.

  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.

  • Participate in the automation of software deployment processes using ALDON on AS400 systems.

  • Implement DevOps practices to improve development workflows and system reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in the AS400 environment, ensuring minimal disruption to banking services.

  • Document processes, technical specifications, and code changes for future reference.


Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in RPG programming language.

  • Experience with AS400 operating systems and DB2 databases.

  • Familiarity with Silverlake banking applications and functionalities.

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.

  • Experience with ALDON for version control and deployment management.

  • Experience Level: 3-5 Years
