Job Responsibilities
- Act as finance business partners to business units (BUs) assigned, act as Finance’s representative in key commercial discussions (e.g. pricing, product launch, etc) and key liaison to BUs for finance related matters.
- Partnering with BUs to contribute to TNGD’s annual planning, forecasting (periodic, monthly rolling, long range) and performance reporting processes of TNGD.
- Preparation of monthly performance scorecards and other internal management reports.
- Build and maintain financial models related to BUs assigned to forecast P&L and cashflow, analysing variances to identify risk and opportunities and associated course corrections on a timely manner to aid BUs’ financial achievements.
- Collaborate with BUs to develop and secure approvals (RFA) for Commercial, Promotions, Advertising & Marketing (CPAM) spend ensuring accuracy, relevance to market needs and that ROI is maximised.
- Support other special assignments on an ad hoc basis (e.g. investment appraisal, M&A, cost savings, etc).
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Chartered Accountancy will be an added advantage.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in Financial/Business Analysis, Management Reporting, Audit, or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen, detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Solid oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Prior experience in the usage of the business planning software Anaplan is a plus.
