The objective of the Supervisor is to assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in leading the restaurant team, in smooth and effective operations of the restaurant.
The Supervisor is required to:
· Inspect grooming and attire of the team, and rectify any deficiencies
· Ensure the team is aware of menu of the day and are ready to serve
· Ensure the team’s mood and energy is optimum for effective operations for the day
· Monitor dining room’s seating availability to manage reservations and walk-ins effectively
· Ensure safety and well-being of guests
· Manage feedback and complaints effectively
· Ensure that guests are well communicated with
· Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
· Ensure the outlet is safe for employees and guests
· Monitoring and complete scheduling inventories of supplies, food, and liquor
· Check stock and requisite necessary supplies
· Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Requirements
- Two years working experience in the same capacity
- Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)
- Good time management skills
- Able to work on shift
- Pleasant personality
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
