Job Vacancy: E-commerce and Accounting Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and organized E-commerce and Accounting Assistant to join our team in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and prepare detailed sales reports (using Niagawan).
- Manage and update product listings across our sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Website, and Storehub (photos, descriptions, prices, stock).
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Track stock levels and update inventory.
- Support promotions and sales campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience with basic accounting and report preparation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong multitasking skills.
Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
Work Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Salary: RM1800 – RM2000. (Increment is available
Additional: Salary increments are available based on KPI, quality of work, discipline, and overall performance.
