Role:
- We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT Services business through both acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients, positioning Collabera Digital as a strategic IT services partner.
- Increase the value of existing accounts by promoting and selling additional IT services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals independently.
- Lead and strategize for securing significant deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior and operational levels to build long-term partnerships.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Attend regular client meetings to ensure ongoing successful partnerships.
Required Skills:
- Min 8 years of experience in IT services and solution sales with banking or Finance or Insurance domain.
- Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysia market.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
