This role is responsible for executing and producing high-quality content that supports both the initiatives of business stakeholders and the group’s overarching goals for the loyalty program. This role focuses on the hands-on creation of engaging visuals, messaging, and copy that enhance user engagement for the Senheng App. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with strategic objectives and effectively resonates with our loyalty members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the loyalty program's success through hands-on content creation and execution, ensuring alignment with both business initiatives and the group's broader goals.

  1. Content Production: Execute the creation of static and motion visuals, short videos, reels, messaging & copies, and livestreams, ensuring all materials meet high-quality standards and align with the overall content strategy.
  2. Thematic Alignment: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all produced content is thematically aligned with business objectives and the group’s loyalty program initiatives, reinforcing brand consistency.
  3. Content Optimization: Optimize content based on insights provided by the Assistant Manager through content monitoring and A/B testing to enhance future campaigns and drive member engagement.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Channel Department and other parties to facilitate seamless execution of initiatives, ensuring all content supports marketing efforts and strategic goals.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that content produced meets their needs and aligns with the broader objectives of the loyalty program.
  6. Timeline Management: Ensure that all content deliverables are on track with established timelines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues that may arise.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content production, applying insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and engagement strategies.

Requirement:

  • At least Diploma in Art / Creative Multimedia / Advertising Media / Graphic Design or its equivalent.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Project/Campaign Management Skills, Creative Automation Tools and Design Experience and Skills. Utilizing visual and digital tools such as photographs, animation, and images
  • Discussing ideas to conceptualize designs
  • Coordinating work between marketing teams, agencies and product teams
  • Creating templates, drafts and design specs for a company's design work.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in related field.
