1. Responsibilities

  • Process customer claims documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Check all claims have been submitted within the allowed period and to advise the team if there is any pending accrual claims in the systems.
  • Check and verify on accrual and submit trading term on claims to make sure all necessary claims has been made.
  • Check and verify on all accrual, submitted and pending claims in the system to make sure all claims have been attended to and unnecessary, duplicate or wrong claims are deleted.

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, etc
