Talent and Celebrity Agent Operations Manager

Primary Purpose: Responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling the talent agency from the ground up. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with strong industry connections, operational expertise, and a vision for driving business growth.

1. Company Setup and Operations Management:

• Lead the establishment of the company, including developing operational procedures, setting up business infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures for smooth operational workflow.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training of key staff members to build a high-functioning team.

  2. Develop and Manage Talent Networks:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with celebrities, influencers, and their management teams to form a robust talent pool for brand partnerships.
  • identify and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with the company's vision

    3. Client and Brand Relationship Development:

    • Build strong partnerships with brands to understand their needs and provide tailored talent solutions for endorsements and marketing campaigns.
    • Act as the liaison between talent and brands to facilitate smooth communication and ensure successful partnerships.

      4. Business Development and Strategic Growth:

      • Identify market opportunities, client prospects, and develop strategic plans for business expansion.
      • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and drive brand recognition in the Singaporean market.

        5. Contract Negotiation and Legal Oversight:

        • Lead contract negotiations with brands and talent, ensuring terms are favorable and legally sound.
        • Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review agreements, protecting the company and its clients' interests.

          6. Campaign Oversight and Performance Management:

          • Oversee the execution of endorsement deals. ensuring campaigns run on time and meet client expectations.
          • Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and recommend adjustments to enhance outcomes.

            7. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

            • Lead and inspire a team of agents and support staff, fostering a collaborative and proactive work culture.
            • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure continuous growth within the team.
