1. Company Setup and Operations Management:

        4. Business Development and Strategic Growth:

        • Identify market opportunities, client prospects, and develop strategic plans for business expansion.
        • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and drive brand recognition in the Singaporean market.

          5. Contract Negotiation and Legal Oversight:

          • Lead contract negotiations with brands and talent, ensuring terms are favorable and legally sound.
          • Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review agreements, protecting the company and its clients' interests.

            6. Campaign Oversight and Performance Management:

            • Oversee the execution of endorsement deals. ensuring campaigns run on time and meet client expectations.
            • Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and recommend adjustments to enhance outcomes.

              7. Team Leadership and Mentorship:

              • Lead and inspire a team of agents and support staff, fostering a collaborative and proactive work culture.
