Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role especially for mass hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, candidate sourcing, and interview practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using various recruiting methods such as online databases, LinkedIn, networking, and attending job fairs or career events.
- Manage candidate pipelines by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and statuses.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing candidates with necessary information and ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct structured interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work with hiring managers to identify key skills and attributes needed for each position.
- Administer pre-employment assessments or tests as needed.
- Prepare and extend job offers, including salary negotiations and offer letter creation.
- Assist candidates in understanding benefits and compensation packages.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on recruitment efforts, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring progress.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to prospective candidates.
- Actively engage in networking opportunities and build relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment agencies.
