- Able to handle full set accounts of company (AP, AR, Bank Recon, FA Schedule, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
- Maintain proper filing of documents and records
- Provide support in general administration & finance functions such as stock take and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Ensure the account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and general function are performed in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
- Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all statutory requirement.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Availability: Immediate start.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word are required.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently, proactive, able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of financial accounting.
- Able to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
