  • Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with internal departments.

  • Conduct monthly stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Maintain control over stock handling and issuance.
  • Identify and implement improvements in procurement processes.

  • Oversee supplier performance to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Manage contracts for high-demand items and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on daily orders and stock needs.
  • Address stock discrepancies and undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Minimum Certificate in Procurement Management, Diploma in Accountancy, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Experience in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vendor sourcing and supply chain procedures.
