  • To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
  • To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • To be able to handle at least two accounts system.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, and monthly analysis.
  • To submit management report as per dateline.
  • To update monthly ageing report.
  • To ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • To communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
  • To maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling clients' financial information.
  • To collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services.
  • To handle clients' human resources, including payroll calculations, leave records, etc.
  • To liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, government agencies, clients, etc when necessary
  • To perform office administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, scanning, etc
  • To assists superior as when required.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Min. education requirement: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in related field will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, in a multitasking environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and professionalism.
