- To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- To be able to handle at least two accounts system.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, and monthly analysis.
- To submit management report as per dateline.
- To update monthly ageing report.
- To ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- To communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
- To maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling clients' financial information.
- To collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality bookkeeping services.
- To handle clients' human resources, including payroll calculations, leave records, etc.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, government agencies, clients, etc when necessary
- To perform office administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, scanning, etc
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
- Min. education requirement: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently, under pressure, in a multitasking environment, and meet deadlines.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and professionalism.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
