The Poultry Feedmill Factory Manager will oversee the production, quality, and efficiency of feed manufacturing operations, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of poultry nutrition and feed production. Key Responsibilities 1. Production Management: Lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 2. Quality Control: Ensure all feed meets nutritional and safety standards through regular testing and monitoring. 3. Inventory Management: Manage raw material levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain supplier relationships. 4. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage factory staff, fostering effective teamwork and communication. 5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to boost productivity and efficiency. 6. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations. 7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, tracking expenses and optimizing costs. 8. Reporting: Document and report on production, inventory, and quality control to upper management. 9. R&D: Work on new product formulations and feed improvements to meet market and animal health needs.10. Customer Relations: Support clients by addressing any concerns related to feed quality and performance. Job Requirements 1. Age & Experience: Minimum age of 40, with at least 5 years of experience in the poultry or feed production industry. 2. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Food Technology, or a related field. 3. Technical & Management Skills: Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed production, with proven experience in supervising teams and managing production processes. 4. Analytical & Budgeting Abilities: Skilled in analyzing production efficiency, implementing improvements, and managing budgets. 5. Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with staff, suppliers, and clients, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
