Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be given preference
• Assist in the daily operations of Sales Department.
• Closely follow upon customer schedule and coordinate with Production to meet the required delivery date.
• Create work orders and liaise with customer on their requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior and Management.
• Follow up shipment by ensuring smooth delivery to customer
• Communicates proactively with inter-departments to resolve issues
• Provide quotation to new and existing customer
• Update of sales report to compare forecast VS actual sales
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Requirement

• Completed the final year and ready to work
• Internship period minimum 4 months
