Job Summary:

  • Perform claims registrations in accordance with SOPs.
  • Undertake any data entry process as and when required
  • Ensure all claims documents and supporting articles are uploaded in the relevant Claims Systems upon receipt of such documents during the registration
  • Maintain productivity tracker as a medium to manage workload effectively and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Registration & Data Entry:

  • Ensure registration of claims within 24 hours from notification
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry in claims registered

Claims Reserving:

  • Ensure accuracy of reserve amount and type used

Service Delivery:

  • Acting with a high degree of integrity, in ensuring compliance to all relev-ent standards, risk and regulations ii)Completion of anytasks assigned by the unit head within agreed deadlines
  • Provide good claims service
  • Adhering closely to our service benchmark/TAT

Respond to enquiry:

  • Attend and respond to enquiry as soon as possible

Reporting:

  • Consistent update of productivity tracker
  • Prepare report and provide data to unit head as and when required

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
