Responsibilities and Duties

  • Liaise with other operating department Issuance of the Invoice & Delivery Note process.
  • Issuance of the Sales Order for subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate the procurement activities, dealing with suppliers and supplier evaluation (Inventory supplier).
  • Maintaining and update the inventory data, freight cost documentation.
  • Perform monthly stock take.
  • Perform Stock adjustment for sample, loan or warranty.
  • Perform the cross-checking logistics activity and document. Monitor on the product import or export process.
  • Perform compliance & compiling n in production & logistic ISO and process.
  • Perform general filing duties, maintain and organize the documentation for production & logistic section.
  • Assist in any documentation related in ISO or compliance activities
  • Assist in SIRIM, Import/Export Permit & application of certificate of origin
  • Any other matters assigned by management.

Skill and Specifications

· Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

· Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel & Power Point

· Good in both spoken and written communication skill(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Positive attitude, flexible, team-oriented approach, with the willingness and desire to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team

· Able to work independently

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma level.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
