Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. In This Role, In your first 3 months: - Our Client believes that games have the power to bring people around the world together and closer to each other. You will receive world-class and structured training to equip you with the right knowledge and skills for the role. In 6 months: Like any gameplay, your leader will set clear goals for you to unlock. But you will not be alone in this journey! You will assemble with your team buddies to make sure millions of players around the world have the best player experience and community experience possible. Who are we looking for? - Luring you in with glitter, glamour, and gems is not what we seek to do. We start by perceiving you as a human being, not a resource and hope you would share the same values. - A swag for pop culture and a good articulation in the English & Japanese languages would be helpful for you to interact with millions of players around the world. - Candidate must possess at least a high school graduate, or bachelor’s degree in any field. - Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in the Customer Support role, however fresh graduates are welcomed - Strong time management skills. - Motivated to exceed expectations. - Strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers. - Strong critical thinking and decision-making process to identify the needs and wants of our players. - A focus and passion for resolving issues for gamers. Requires speakers for Korean market with native level of language profeciency.
